Worldwide Shipping: We strive to deliver your items to all parts of the world as quickly as possible. Orders will be shipped via FedEx, USPS or other carriers depending on the delivery address.
Shipping Time: Please note that delivery times may vary as items may come from different locations.
Shipping Costs
Minimum Costs: We strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible to provide you with the best value. We are pleased to offer free worldwide express delivery on all orders!
Shipping Exclusions: Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included in shipping.
Order Processing Time
Shipping Schedule: Orders are typically shipped within 72 hours of payment confirmation. Our warehouse operates during standard business hours Monday to Friday and is closed on national holidays. We make every effort to minimize shipping delays during this time.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard Shipping Cost $7.95: Estimated standard delivery time is 10 to 12 business days. Please note that this is a guideline estimate and may vary.
Express Shipping Cost $9.95: Estimated express delivery time is 7 to 9 business days. Please note that this is a guideline estimate and may vary.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
Order Status: You can check the status of your order under the Order History section of our website. A confirmation email will also be sent after successful checkout.
Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with tracking information. Alternatively, you can track your order here.
Tracking Delays: If you do not receive a tracking confirmation email within 5 business days of payment, please contact us at braymere1024@outlook.com for assistance. Keep in mind that it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to become active.
Missed Delivery
Delivery Attempts: If we are unable to contact you at the specified delivery address, our delivery provider will leave a message or call you. They may also leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or pickup options.
Please note that the following are common issues during shipping.
Change of Address
Please contact us before shipping with your order number, order email address, and correct address. We will respond and confirm your change request within 4 hours.
Wrong Shipping Address
Within 48 hours of receiving the tracking number, we have the opportunity to successfully recover your package from the shipping provider and change the address, depending on the facts (or failure). One customer once emailed us 15 days after the package was shipped to inform us that his address was wrong and filed a claim, which seems ridiculous to us.
In the case of wrong address and unable to intercept the package, we will try our best to negotiate a solution that is favorable to the customer.
Stopped by customs
When the package is stopped by the customs of the destination country and not delivered, we will send an email to the customer to inform the reason and resend the package. Please wait patiently for your shoes to arrive.
Tracking number has not been updated for a long time
We will communicate with the customer to resend the package for free or refund, even if the previous package arrived without paying extra fees.
The package shows that it has been delivered but not received
We will first ask the shipping service provider for proof of receipt. If the customer's package is stolen or caused by other reasons unrelated to the shipping service provider, we will not be responsible. But we are willing to discuss a better solution with the customer.
Note: If the responsibility is on us, the customer does not need to bear any additional costs; if the responsibility is on the customer, additional costs may be incurred!
